Freddie De Metz I Co-Founder & Director
Freddie has 12+ years of experience across the entire recruitment life-cycle. He has a proven history of scaling companies - from VC backed startups through to FTSE 100’s - and has worked both in-house and for agencies. He leverages this diverse experience by delivering a best-in-breed approach to scaling companies during hyper growth. Freddie’s managerial expertise and direct approach to recruitment has seen him build and develop successful internal teams, and he now heads up the UK and contract aspects of Alto Talent with a keen focus across his core areas: Software Development, Product , Design, marketing and C-Suite.
Freddie spreads his time between London and Dorset, and if he isn’t looking after the kids then he’s probably on a golf course.
Andrew Starling I Co-Founder & Director
Andrew started his career at one of Europe’s leading digital recruitment firms where he rapidly rose through the ranks to principal consultant. In just three years he built out the Nordic market from scratch and turned its gaming, data, software engineering and product desks into some of the most profitable in the company. Andrew has recruited across the entire digital lifecycle for a range of sectors, including some of Europe’s biggest gaming, shipping, AI and FinTech companies. He now leads Alto’s European Desk, offering a variety of services including permanent, contract, executive search and growth consulting.
A proud Newcastle FC supporter, in his free time he can be found teaching Freddie how to play golf.
